Returns, Replacement Policy
The Healing Essentials
Eligibility for Returns & Replacement
Customers have the right to request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the order if:

The item received is defective

The product is damaged during delivery

The incorrect item was delivered
To qualify for a return or replacement:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue while initiating the request
All returns will be picked up from the same address where the product was originally delivered.
For missing item cases, customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

Products that have been used or tampered with

Items that are damaged due to customer handling

Requests raised after the 7-day return window
Return & Replacement Process
1. Initiation
Email our support team at healingessentialsindia@gmail.com with:

Order ID
-
Product name
-
Issue details (defective, damaged, incorrect item)

Supporting photos or videos
2. Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. Once approved, you will receive further instructions for the return process.
3. Pickup / Shipping
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
4. Refund / Store Credit

For eligible returns within the 7-day return window, Store Credit equal to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to your The Healing Essentials account.

If a refund to the original payment method is requested, a ₹100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, a full Store Credit refund will be issued once the return is successfully processed.

For partial order returns, store credit will be issued only for the returned item(s).
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is requested, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.
Replacement orders are typically shipped within 4 business days after the returned product is received.
